Probate, Estate and Trusts:  Administration of estates and trusts in probate court. Estate related litigation

involving will construction, will challenges, will contests, elective share disputes, undue influence, lack of capacity, accountings and tortious interference with inheritance. Representation of fiduciaries (personal representatives, trustees and agents), beneficiaries, potential heirs and claimants. Preparation, review, audit and appeal of estate and gift returns.


Estate Planning:  Crafting wills, trusts, designation of patient advocates and durable powers of attorney to reduce or avoid inheritance and estate taxes. Creation of asset protection, life insurance and special needs trusts.


Exempt Organizations: Advice and planning of operational and governance issues for exempt organizations. The firm also represents exempt organizations in IRS examinations.
